What we do

For Us Too supports families of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). We provide informatiom, advice, training, support groups, family events, and opportunities to connect with others who understand the journey.

Whether you need help with forms, guidance on services, or simply some to listen, we're here to help you find the answers and feel supported every step of the way.

About Our Vision
For Us Too - About Our Vision

How can we support you?

Our Family Support Officers provide information, advice and practical support to families of children and young people with SEND.

We can help with:
* Education and school support
*EHCPs
*Social care and disability support
*Finding local activities and resources
*Forms, applications and funding opportunities

If we dont have the answer, ww'll helpyou find someone who does. No family should have to navigate the SEND journey alone.

Young people Disabled Childrne Parents

AGM 17th February took place at Canterbury Cathedral

The AGM was in full swing with great attendance – trustees voted in – accounts and other business all approved by the board.

While the adults were busy, so were the children – creating masterpieces in the activity rooms with staff.

Isabelle said “I  had enjoyed making the stain glass art”.

We shared feedback from parents and children that have felt benefit from our services.

Here is a short video from a parent.

Theo is a little boy with Down's Syndrome. We helped him by putting his family in touch with other local families with disabled children, by loaning them books from our specialist resource library and by inviting them to our regular drop-in sessions and fun events. Theo loves to play in the ball pool, loves to go to new places and also loves slides! Linking up with For Us Too has given his family the confidence to get out and about and enjoy life.
