What we do

We are all about support and empowerment. That means parent workshops, training sessions, drop-in support groups, play events, family days out, direct information sharing, help with forms and applications, and when it comes down to it - a listening ear and loads of understanding. We will help you find the answers.

About Our Vision
For Us Too - About Our Vision

How can we support you?

We offer training and support sessions as well as direct advice through our Family Support Officers who are here to help if you have questions about education, EHCPs (Education Health and Care Plans), access to therapies, access to disability social workers and social services, disability-specific charities and events, help with forms and more. We may not know everything, but we will help you as much as we can.

Young people Disabled Childrne Parents

AGM 17th February took place at Canterbury Cathedral

The AGM was in full swing with great attendance – trustees voted in – accounts and other business all approved by the board.

while the Adults were busy, so were the children – creating masterpieces in the activity rooms with staff.

Theo is a little boy with Down's Syndrome. We helped him by putting his family in touch with other local families with disabled children, by loaning them books from our specialist resource library and by inviting them to our regular drop-in sessions and fun events. Theo loves to play in the ball pool, loves to go to new places and also loves slides! Linking up with For Us Too has given his family the confidence to get out and about and enjoy life.
