Our Family Support Officers can 

• Meet with you to discuss your concerns
• Help prioritise actions
• Give information about referral pathways
• Help you to understand a diagnosis
• Support with your child’s behaviour
• Support with completing forms
• Support with education and EHCP process
• Support with all aspects of SEND
• Support at meetings with professionals in relation to health education and social care issues.

We do not 

• Speak for you
• Make decisions for you
• Represent you in benefit tribunals
• Advise or support you with SEND tribunals
• Give legal advice
